"I lived in Laredo all my life. This was my first time here. We called in for pick up. Don't quite remember the man who answered, but he was very attentive. He repeated our order to make sure he got it right. We got there, there's a little window for pick. A pleasant little elderly lady gave us our order. She was very friendly and helpful as well. The food was delicious. My husband said the burgers had changed a little. I enjoyed it with the side of onions rings. The onion rings lacked a little flavor but still good enough to eat. I would definitely go back to try the rest of the menu."

"Wow! This is the definition of Mom and Pop restaurant. When we approached, I could smell the good food outside. Most people order from the window, but my party of four went inside. When asked what was good, the lady said that everything was good. She was funny and sassy. We ordered a LOT of food as the food was cheap and we wanted to try a little of everything. Wow! Amazing food!!!! (I got their special of hot cheetos and melted cheese. You could pass on that.) The burgers were good. The fries were good. Everything about this place screams wholesome. I will be back!"

"Glass Kitchens is a signature restaurant of Laredo since 1951. Long considered one of the best if not the best hamburgers in town. Meat patties are still made by hand. The burgers never disappoint, are delicious and made to your liking. Oh those succulent onion rings. The bbq burger is just as delicious. Many of the loyal customers often order a big burger basket and a taco on the side. Did I mention the tasty onion rings! Just before you walk out, order one of the thickest shakes in South Texas. Good eats!"

"Deliciyous yum yum, 5 star no drama For real, this place is awesome, we came for a quick bite, but gramma was swamped! She definitely needs an extra hand on the weekends. Loved the atmosphere tho, music would have been nice, maybe some jamz for the chef or TV for the customers. Music outside so people could eat/chill in their cars. This historic restaurant could be even more awesome."
